peugeot 206 dash lights and dials etc completeley die?

my peugeot 206 dash lights and dials etc completeley die while im driving,everything runs fine,they appear again then disappear,but now it's just stopped,any ideas? someone mentioned a BSI sensor??

BSI reset worked for me - 5 mins job! Still, a bit scary it happened at all. Will keep an eye on it (obviously).
