My washing machine is making the most horrible loud, grinding, squealing type noise during wash /shower /spin cycle. I love this machine, and it still cleans everything as I expect it to. recently it has been making this horrid grind. I am reasonably talented in the DIY projects and I have already disassembled the pump and found no problems there, NOW WHAT?

HI there, you should replace the bearing shaft or alternatively simply replace the drum with the good bearing on it. Good luck
