How can I fix my dirt devil Vision from blowing out dust?

My upright Vision ... gets clogged where canister fits in ... and when I clear the clog and restart ... the vacuum blows out much dust. Has good suction, but blows dust.

Any help?

Sounds like the hose that is used for wand cleaning isn't being re-attached properly. Insure the hose-to-nozzle connection is secure, and that the hose isn't becoming dislodged during operation especially after you remove it to use the wand or attachments.
