how do i fix my auto choke on a peugeot 106 1.1 98 zest?

when i start the car weather cold or hot it does not start unless i put my foot down on the accelerator can you tell me how to fix the auto choke.

There is no auto choke as such as it fuel injection and the ECU controls the cold start by adjusting how much fuel to inject
