Bad tires on my old mtd mower keep leaking air.Attempted to remove wheels to put tubes in tires but they are seized on. Can it be done while on the mower or is there a foam or another product to inflate them with??????

I had the same problem with my craftsman mower and jacked tire off ground and installed tube after I pried tire off rim on one side
Tried everthing I knew to get rim off with no luck ..even blow torch on rim and axle

You can buy a canister from motor accessory shops that inflate and seal, one I know of is called Tyre Weld,you will need the wheel off the ground so you can rotate it to allow the sealant to flow around inside also the tyre must be flat or any pressure in the tyre will be forcing the sealant back in to the can.
