deleted drm(i think it was) and know i have 86 critical security downloads waiting to install,says downloading updates ,installing updates ,then 'BANG' sorry some updates could not be installed (all of them)have contacted microsoft,but as always they want money.
please help

What operating system are you using.

Try going to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ and manually installing the updates you may have to install some activeX updates for this to work
