How to download productivity suite?

I have windows Vista and can't download productivity suite software for Lexmark X8350

I reinstalled my computer to rid it of errors. When it was through and I turned it on Ihad lost my productivity suite information. I still had use of the printer but not from computer to printer. How can I get it back
