is it difficult to change the glow plugs on my 99 reg escort diesel van?

my escort 99 reg van is difficult to start in the cold and damp, i have been advised to change the glow plugs, is this difficult?

No undo the nut that holds the electrical connection then unscrew the glow-plug refitting put some copperslip lube on the glow-plug threads it will make them easier to replace in the future
