it has had no fuel in for a year, but now it has been filled bk up again it wnt start, there is fuel reaching the fuel pump n u can hear it kicking in but it is not starting, my guess woz spark plug..... any ideas

Did you drain all the fuel before storing it? If not it may have evaporated leaving the gunk behind. Try cleaning out the carb' float chamber and jets, especially the bottom of the float bowl where the main jet is often fed from. Make sure that the fuel you put in is fresh, as it goes off after being stored for a while. Good luck.

clean out the spark plug with wd-40 and reaplace the spark plud, puti n new oil, pull out the barby and clean it out.
