I think you need software tools as they seem to have "sealed it up". By the way the 64 bit dual core Vista laptop that I bought went back as soon as the store opened. It was an absolute disaster, more like a fan heater than a laptop! It overheated, crashed, wouldn't run "legacy" software, and had no word pro. Oh dear! It was an extremely good emailer I have to admit as it had a built-in spam sorter. XP is OK 4 me!
