flymo maxi trim super wont work?

spark at plug, on/off switch working, engine not seized, petrol cumming through from tank, jets blown through.....unsure wether petrol going to chamber as no sparkplug not wet with petrol....do I need a new carbarettor

First start of the season? Pour some neat fuel through the plug hole, see if the machine fires up. Maybe you're not cranking it long enough, choke closed?
