i've tried to do the hold central lock down and the trottle and heard the clicks but its still immobilised?

put your hand under the dash around the throttle were you will find a black box with what look like scart leads coming out of it un plug them open the box take the chip out put it back in plug the plugs in start the car then unplug the box whilst the car is started if that dont work go to renault and tell them you need a new pin
