how can i fix my braking problem?

i have a vauxhall vectra 1.8 ls it is a 99, t registred
when you have the car not running the brakes are perfect ,but when i start the car my foot goes to the floor
the brakes have been checked at motorsave and everythings ok no air in the lines
could it be the master cylinder and servo thats not working correctly thanks

if the system has been already been bled and the brakes are doing what there supposed to one the motor is running my guess is that its just the abs system doing what its suppose to the preasure you get with engine off and running is very diffreant firstly becuase of the abs and of course becuase of the abs pump
