Is it a rectangular shape that looks like a radiator and is the star 5 point? On the Zafira it's called the ''electronically controlled engine cooling indicator''. In the manual it tells you if it lights up when engine is running a fault has occurred in the engine cooling system or the cooling circuit for the air conditioning. check the coolant level
