How can i fix my keyboard?

Some keyboard keys of my toxiba laptop are not working, the keys(L,K,W,F,? and bksp stopped at the same time.

I dont know if it is a software trouble. Have you ever seen such problem?
Should i have to buy other keyboard?

sounds like you need to replace the keybaord, or you cna plug in an external keybaord- cheaper option
