vectra 2.0i sri keeps stalling at 80 degrees temperture will restart, but ecu light stays on, have changed crank sensor ,breathing pipes, cleaned throttle body, which were all diagnosed at vauxhall using diagnostics but light still remains on can anyone help me please, would i need to reset ecu to wipe out all the problems since being done?

hello andy well your first mistake taking it to vauxhall garage i love the cars but wouldnt trust a vauxhall mechanic to tie my shoes your wee problems easy to fix just disconnect the battery for round about 15 mins reconnect the terminals and turn key to the first ignition point and let to stand for 5 mins to allow the ecu to reset and that should do the trick
