water is now not going to the reservoir, instead it escaping out a small tube out the back and flooding the floor.Only started when we moved so think it must have got knocked.
have you broken/cracked the stub at the back when moving it as it is part of the base so repair would mean replacing whole base.seal it up with silicon as a diy job would be cheapest option
