How can I fix my hoover commodore washing machine which is leaking?

My machine is leaking badly. I'm sure it will just be a pipe of some sort come undone or something. It is only accessable from underneath. Have had a look but pipes seem to be dry except one that is attached to the bottom of the drum (?) which looks like an overflow or drainage pipe. It does not attach to anything else.
The spin does not work as well as it should either. ie clothes not as "dry" as I would expect.

are you sure your machine is leaking and not just overflowing? From my experience the capicity stated is above its actual capicity.ie 5kg is really only 4.5kg so overflows.also loose washes[few clothes] tend to set up a tsunami affect in the wash which overflows.Truly hope this solves your problem.Been there ,done that,
