common problem is the gear selecter cables stretch, this has happen on all of DHL's fleet, adjusters are located under the van beneath the gear stick in a black box with four spring clips on it, lengthen the cable for 2,4 and reverse

Could well be the clutch common problem on transits,reason they dont crunch going into reverse with a clutch problem is they now have syncromesh fitted to reverse.
