the alarm on my vauxhall astra keeps goin off on its own?

the alarm usually goes off in the night, have to diconnect battery to stop it. My car is w reg the year is 2000

hi, i had a similar prob on the rover i had a few years back, turned out to be the interior light switch on the drivers side rear door, so it may be something simple like that, mine used to go off in the middle of the night :o)
