How do I change spool head on a Snapper S31SST weed eater? I need to remove the housing and spool to install a different type head. How do i remove the head from the weed eater?

the spool will just pull off and snap back on to change the head u will need to align hole in the dust cup with the hole in the side of the gearbox by rotating the dust cup. insert a small screwdriver into aligned holes. while holding the screwdriver remove trimmer head by turning clockwise. thread replacement head by turning counterclockwise tighten until secure.
