bad_pool_caller message?

Everytime I remove my jump drive from a USB connection' my computer automatically reboots my Windows 2000 system , during the reboot I got "bad_pool_caller" message, a blue screen, and it also says it is perfoming a physical memory dump. Is there anyone with a fix for this?
