I had a similiar problem. The tubes inside the housing do get blocked so you need to remove them, one clip at a time, and, either blow through it or use air pressure. A point to note however is that when you reassemble the unit ensure the soap selector is seated correctly as that also contributes to the problem. Hope this helps
