How can i fix my indicator?

I've got a Mazda Astina 18se 1996.
My left indicator goes on(very fast) but there's no flashing. Right is working fine. Bulbs & fuses are fine. What can i do?

You`ve got a short to ground on left side cause thats whats causing the flasher to blink so fast and blinker doesn`t work ...
