does anyone know what could be wrong with my sat nav. model x11-15297?

when i turn it on to the start up screen i cannot access the navigation. it just freezes. i can access the music, photo, ebook, video and the system. but caanot access the navigation. cheers steve

yes its down to the software on the memory card,its probably corrupt and needs re installing all the best Paul.
