My white knight condesnser used to be good put it on for 1 hour and everything dries. Now i can put it on for 2.5 hours and the items are still quite damp any ideas please

Hi Dave

Had a similar fault on my Candy. Called out an engineer at a cost of £85 to clear out a blocked filter in the back of the machine. Took him all of 5 minutes to sort out. Apparently if they get blocked there is a temp sensor which cuts down on the heat. It my be the same for yours. I think this filter is inside the machine. I wasn't present when it was fixed and my wasn't paying attention
