how do i change gear box oil,and where do i find to put it??

i have volkswagon sharan on a p-reg can any tell me where to put gearbox oil, as i cannot find dipstick for gearbox oil???

there is hexbolt not a dipstick just a overflow bolt which is at the back of the gearbox and a pipe at top in front of the gearbox you have to level the car and take the bolt out
