I have a Ryobi PLT 2543Y and the plastic strimmer head has melted so the axle and bolt no longer holds the unit to the shaft, is it possible to get a full replacement for the attachment and strimmer wire holder please?

I've had several of these fail and the first problem is
that you can't get it off because the ruined top won't
grip the bolt. I hacksaw across the top through the plastic
until I've cut a groove in the bolt that takes a screwdriver.
Unscrew it and replace it with a 3rd party fixed line head.
Its a year on but hope this help someone.
