broken dvd tray?

hi
one of my children have ejected the dvd tray on my computer (gateway) and pulled the whole tray out.
tried pushing it back but got no joy.
any ideas

Sorry, no help on this one. Your drive is broken and not repairable. It will have to be replaced.
