Bernina 830 missing stitches?

Hello, I have been doing alot of free machine embriodery on my bernina 830, but over the past 30mins it keeps missing stitches, the result it is may stitch 1 and miss 3, then stitch 2 then miss 3 ect...

I have tryed changing thread, bobin, needle...

WHAT CAN I DO!?

check that you haven't acidentally set it to miss either every other stitch or just sew one stitch on 6 (the tacking option)

Try a test sample of normal zig zag sewing but not free hand, if it still misses stitches you need to retime the machine, e-mail me for instructions if you have a problem
