How can I remove a cd jammed in my computer?

I have a Packard Bell Imedia 1508/2 with Intel Pentium Processor519. There is a cd jammed shut in the tray which will not open when I press the button. Is there any way I can sort this problem myself ?

Look on the front of the cd tray for a very small hole. If there is one gently push a straightened paper clip into the hole for about a quarter of an inch. This should open the tray. If there's no hole, open Windows Explorer, right click on the CD drive and in the options list there should be 'EJECT', left click on this should open the tray.
