how can I fix my sanyo dvw-6000?

The screen on the machine tells me that there is no disk in the disk holder after i've instered the disk and it closed. It tried to load off the disk but it did not read anything.

Try cleaning the disk with window cleaner and then wiping it dry. This usually solves the issue for me.
