Peugeot 206 - Indicators keep going off at random moments?

I have had my 206 for a few years, so its isnt new (2001 ish). However recently my indicators seem to go off at random times, ie just driving along, when i start it, use the electic mirrors and sometimes when i chnage gear !! Any ideas what is wrong.

Hi!

I had the same problem with mine - it turned out that it was the whole indicator switch that needed changing....... Apparently it's quite common
