looks like the heater/blower resistor card has blown, the card controls the amount of power the fan gets on the different settings. you'll have to get another resistor card try and go second hand as these are not cheap new,
under the glove box is the blower motor and on the bottom is the card held by two screws remember and disconnect the battery first.
