just recently i started getting a "unknown error has occured"
when i try to delete unwanted files in my windows mail.
if i had a error number i would at least have somewhere to start

if anyone has a clue about my situation any suggestions are
welcome. i am using windows mail, and vista software.thankyou chris

Go back to a restore point and see if this helps. If it does then you need to get a windows email cleaner program 3rd party off of the net or be very careful of what you are deleting. Hope this helps.
