Snapper tubeless tire is flat. Leaks at rim. How to fix?

My Snapper riding lawn mower's rear tubelss tire developed a leak at the wheel's rim and now it's flat. How do I best repair this?
Thank you,

Stick a tube in it

Obviously the correct procedure is remove the tyre, clean up the rim and refit, however, I use a tyre sealent. Remove valve core, inject sealent (tool supplied with sealent), replace core and inflate tyre. Rotate wheel to distribute sealent - job done - 5 mins max.
