Maytag Neptune Washer - Front-Loading?

The washer will not spin on any cycle. It drains OK, but will not spin. Any advice on repairing it?

If the drum dont turn during any cycle then check the belt hasnt snapped or come off, check the motor incase a wire has come off and finally check the brushes in the motor arent worn.
