maytag perfrorma electric dryer won't start, run?

I can move the inside drum by hand and the light will go on and then off again. I can not make the dryer start by pushing the button. Where is the thermal fuse located. The door seems to shut properly and I am sure it is getting all 220 volts?

Hello,

Use a screwdriver or putty knife to pop open the top of the dryer near the two sides. Once that is done, you should be able to see the thermal fuse.
