where can i get tools to replace boot files cd's of foppy's?
i deleted important file in my pc and now i can't get back on to repair them with window restore. i have windows xp home edition. pc boots but when it get to the point where you log on , the screen is black and then i hear a click in my pc and it try's to reboot again. i'm on another pc right now looking for help with it.
