My son-in-law has replaced the element, but cannot read his rough sketch of the connections. Can anyone please help

Terminal block goes:
1 white/brown
2 light blue and dark blue
3 not used
4 black/white and Black (t/stat)

Element
Far left pair terminals - black(t'stat) and black from loom
Right pair of terminals - red
Single terminal - blue from reset stat
