1986 VW Golf,I need to drain the radiator?

I do not see the plug for draining my radiator on my 1986 VW Golf. I want to replace the fluids.

Yes, remove the lower hose to drain the radiator, and then remove it from the car, turn it upside down and run a garden hose into what is usually the lower hose connection. This way you will flush out any deposits that might cause a blockage.
