The machine will not spin or pump water, i have taken the back off but there seems to be very little in there

remove front plate at bottom,unscrew filter(black ) front right,clean the filter thoroughly,and make sure no debris is inside the filter,replace filter and try it now.p.s. a small amountof water will trickle out when filter is removed,this is quite normal.good luck
