I bought it new in June 2007. I ran it in beginner mode the appropriate length of time and it ran fine all summer. After it was stored for the winter and I took it out the first time this summer, it won't run over 32-36 mph. It's not in beginner mode.

Dealer tells me the most common problem with this engine is spark plugs. YES even if they still look new. Too much oil can cause problem with air filter this is very common. check oil level should not be all the way to full. check air filter for damage.
