I just got an external hard drive. I used it twice before, and i tried to use it again but my laptop does not recognize it. The light on the drive comes on when i connect it to my laptop. Please what should I do?
Vaio VGN-CR290 and its a vaio 120GB external hard drive

Try reboot laptop with drive connected then unconnected & plug in,try a diff usb port. try control panel...add new hardware.
