How can I fix my Siemens WM2100 spin dry program?

How can I fix my Siemens WM2100. In it's spin dry program it overheats and makes a loud noise. The rubber on the drum has started to rub of. I think I need to open the machine and see if there is something stuck inside it. Any advices?
