My tumble dryer is blowing hot air but the drum doesnt turn, can i fix it?

check the belt is still on by taking the lid off, if its on be carefull on his bit. with the lid off start the machine and give the drum a quick push, if it start turning you ill need a new start compacitor, please be carefull
