mcculloch brush cutter/strimmer mac with bull horns?

we have a McCulloch brush cutter/strimmer it has two adjustment screws on the carb. Which one would be petrol and which would be air. I can get it to rev but won't tick over, then i can get it to tick over but wont rev, is their a certain way to set these screws so it will run properly.

The two adjustment screws are actually both for petrol - one is the low speed adjustment and the other is the high speed running. Turn both screws fully in gently then back out one full turn to get things going.
