brakes on corsa have seized at back?

my corsa won't move. i think the back brakes have seized. does anyone have a solution to this.

relese hand brake,get a 4 pound lump hammer and belt the top of the wheel nuts ,if alloys then u need to put a blunt chisel on top of the nuts and belt that .thats usually enough to shock the drums free enough to drive to a garage.they will stick on again.
