I have a Candy CDC266 CONDENSER Tumble dryer, the filter light came on so I cleaned the filter and condenser, but the light won't go off,and it won't heat up, but everything else works fine, can you tell me what is wrong? is there a reset button or sensor which I need to be looking for, thank you Christine

hi does it still blow hot air?
normally is the thermostat or cut out on the heat box, which requires a new heat box unit and a strip down.

Having the same problem. Have checked the machine. Heater itself looks ok, but is not heating... So currently deciding whether to change the Thermostat, or the whole heater.
