everytime i start the mini moto it over revs and i have to jump to the choke as i worry the engine will blow up what is wrong with it?

hi sounds like the throttle is stuck open. remove intake pipe / airfilter to carbereter snd look to see if the slide is stuck open it should be open only a couple of mm in idle position
